download and unzipping issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our support department. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 days may result in a refund decline;
Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime before the next subscription payment and therefore we do not issue refunds on subscription payments.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund of subscriptions on the following conditions:

Subscriptions cancelled within three days of the subscription payment being processed and the customer having contacted our customer support within the same three day period, are eligible for a refund minus a 15% (or £5.00 whichever is higher) administration fee.
Subscriptions cancelled within seven days of the subscription payment being processed and the customer having contacted our customer support within the same seven day period, are eligible for a 50% refund minus a 15% (or £5.00 whichever is higher) administration fee.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Purpose of this policy

The purpose of this policy is to set out our company’s policy and procedures to prevent, manage and respond to work-related online bullying and abuse from customers. Management supports this policy and will not tolerate any instances of work-related abuse, in any form, emails, support tickets, verbal, to our staff. No member of staff will be blamed for an instance of work-related abuse caused by a customer or member of the public. All our employees have the right to be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect. This policy applies to all staff working for, in whatever capacity.

Definition of work-related violence defines work-related violence as: any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened, or assaulted, by a member of the public in circumstances arising out of the course of his/her employment. This is based on the Health and Safety Executive’s definition.

Responsibilities of staff and managers

These relate to all members of staff.

The Director: has a responsibility to implement this policy and to make sure staff are aware of it and understand it. The director should also:

■ Treat any reports of work-related violence, threats or abuse seriously and respond to them promptly

■ Record details of the incident where appropriate and give all employees involved in the incident full support during the whole process

■ Set a positive example by not tolerating abusive behaviour from customers and members of the public

■ Respond to and, where possible, resolve incidents, ideally before they escalate

■ If an investigation is needed, work with the police and offer any assistance needed to help in their enquiries

Staff: All staff have personal responsibility for their own behaviour and for ensuring that they comply with this policy. Staff must also:

■ Be aware of the company’s policy and comply with it

■ Offer good customer service and be aware of customer needs

■ Recognise the potential for work-related abuse and act to resolve it early on and contact the director if they think a customer might cause problems

■ Report any instances of threats or abuse immediately to the director

Actions following an incident

Abusive and threatening behaviour, of any sort, from customers to staff, in any form of communication, whether by email, support ticket, over the phone, online support, or personally, will render that customer liable to be barred from using the services of, and purchasing the products from The director will respond to the situation by communicating with the perpetrator, to the effect that their behaviour is not acceptable. At the director’s discretion, a decision will be made whether to bar the customer. The police should be informed of serious cases of threatening e-behaviour, or verbal abuse.

You irrevocably indemnify and its Data Providers and affiliates from and against any and all losses, damages and costs suffered or incurred by, any Data Providers or affiliates of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with your use, provision or distribution of information or any part of our services or any part or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to any breach of this agreement by you.

Due to the nature of electronic distribution of information, services and materials, neither nor any of its Data Providers nor affiliates have any liability (whether in contract or tort) for any losses, costs or damages resulting from or related to use of or inability to use any information to the fullest extent to which such liability may be excluded or avoided by law. In no event shall be liable to you for perceived or actual lost profits or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in relation to the provision of any products/services sold by or the provision of information.
